The Clarence, Dublin, Ireland
The Clarence, which has 49 rooms and suites and is located in the heart of Dublin overlooking the River Liffey, is part-owned by Irish rock band U2. Fronted by iconic singer Bono, the band are of course known for hits such as Vertigo and Sometimes You Can’t Make It On Your Own; they’ve sold over 170 million records worldwide.

The Greenwich Hotel, New York, USA
A sumptuous five star with 88 rooms and suites, our second celeb-owned hotel with rooms for groups is the Big Apple’s Greenwich Hotel, owned by superstar actor Robert De Niro, who won the 1974 and 1980 Best Actor Oscars for The Godfather Part II and Raging Bull, respectively.
The hotel features a Moroccan-meets-tropical aesthetic, the Japanese-inspired Shibui Spa plus a pool and fitness centre. For statement Italian dining in a French-style brasserie, head to Locanda verde.

Palazzo Versace, Brisbane, Australia
Last on our list of celebrity-owned hotels with rooms for groups is the opulent Palazzo Versace in Brisbane, Australia. It is owned and run by the House of Versace – of course headed by fashion icon Donatella Versace – and thus its interiors are the height of luxury. As well as 200 rooms and suites, this seafront stopover also boasts a lagoon pool, a day spa, and of course a Versace boutique all on site. Dining options include the seafood buffets of Il Barocco and, for a highly formal affair, the Vie Bar & Restaurant.
Another famous Versace property is of course the Versace Mansion in Miami, Florida, where Giovanni Versace was assassinated in 1997; it has 10 rooms and suites to its name.
