First up on our hotels for groups round up, looking at the beautiful European microstate of Luxembourg (population: 600,000), it’s the Hotel Le Royal Luxembourg, which has 170 rooms and suites across 10 floors. Built in 1984, it was last renovated in 2009.
An opulent hotelling experience, during your stay you can enjoy the tinkering of the Piano Bar, the finest European fare in Restaurant Amelys, a walk around the attractive courtyard, and practice laps in the indoor swimming pool.
What’s more, the hotel is only a 17-minute drive from Luxembourg Airport (also known as Lux Airport).

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Luxembourg
Next, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Luxembourg which has 345 rooms and suites across 17 floors. It was built in 1985. It also last benefitted from a renovation in 2018.
A four star hotel offering a complimentary warm cookie on arrival, other selling points of the DoubleTree include The Green Restaurant and Bar, serving local dishes as well as crowd pleasing international favourites, the 16 meeting spaces for business travellers, the 250 car parking spaces, a gym, sauna and indoor swimming pool.

Alvisse Parc Hotel
Third on our list of hotels for groups, it’s the Alvisse Parc Hotel, built back in 1975 and last renovated in 2008. It has 325 rooms and suites across five floors, making it the second largest hotel in terms of rooms in the state after the DoubleTree.
Another chic four star, head here for amenities like bicycle rental, an indoor and outdoor pool, free breakfasts, a fully-equipped gym, free high speed wifi and the gourmet La Véranda restaurant. There are even bowlng lanes! Then, the airport can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.
While in Luxembourg, be sure to stop by the grand, hilltop Vianden Castle, which dates back to the 14th century, and, for another cool photo op, the pretty Adolphe Bridge, dating back to 1990. Then, hit the Grand Duke Jean Museum of Modern Art, which in 2020 will house exhibitions dedicated to artists like Robert Morris and Jean-Marie Biwer.

Finally on our hotels for groups round up, it’s the Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg, home to 260 rooms and suites across seven floors. Dating back to 1971, it was last renovated in 2009. It is conveniently located close to the European Convention Center Luxembourg, which is only seven minutes away on foot.
There’s a fitness centre, a bar and 10 meeting rooms, while international dishes are served at N’Bistro. Plus, there are two outdoor terraces to enjoy and rooms come complete with an LCD TV. There’s furthermore a nine-hole golf course nearby.
It’s the closest of our hotels to the airport – it can be reached in 13 minutes in the car.
